STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
The charity was registered on September 1[st] 2021 as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation. The charity consists of four Trustees and four volunteers.
The trustees are responsible for the general governance of the Church and are mindful of Charity Law and its application to the Charity, when dealing with the vulnerable, the Charity ensures that they are CRB checked.
The Trustees are also responsible for making decisions on matters of general concern including how the charity funds are to be spent.
We do not have a permanent office, therefor meetings are held on Zoom and sometimes after the Church service on a Sunday.
OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES OF THE CHARITY
The objective of the Church is for the benefit of the community:
To unlock people’s potential into excellence; to enable them to be totally dependent upon the deep proven principles of God’s word; This, in turn will allow them to know what they must do effectively as they function and operate in their God’s given mandate and assignment in life.

ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE
During the first year of starting our charity, we were able to ordain leaders for the Church.
We also had the Church inauguration ceremony.
Since then, we have been having regular Sunday services, we have a hall that we rent once a week. On Wednesdays we have our Zoom prayer meeting for the members and also periodic Maturity School of Ministry and Homiletics class for members and leaders.
We have held our yearly Inner healing and Deliverance Conference with workshops for people who are in need of healing of the mind and emotions.
FUTURE PLANS
The Charity plans to continue to hold its regular services and yearly conferences and events for members and the community.
We are also looking for a permanent building where we can do so much more for the community, such as feeding programs, having an outreach to help the elderly and the youths in our community.
FINANCIAL REVIEW
