A team of 8 trèwelled toArmeni3. primarily to recDnnert with people there. Including the Chief Military Chaplain of th
Artnenian Apostolic Church. after COVID 19 and èfter Ihe war with A2erbaii3n and to intercede for rhe nation. To try and
make a relationship with 'Young Life or8aDisètion to set up a Next Generation mission in 2022 and to minister Into war
trauma In ZOraVa￿ Church The team also did three days of intercession with local intercessors, and It w35 a privilege 10
pray for the nation in 3 home ènd on Ihe land. We also prayeo ourselves for breakthrough for peace with their enemie5.
We dtr believe the Lord shifted thing5 In the heavenly realm5.
Arua Mi5sion-March 2022
A Flame team of 8 travelled 10 YWA TrA Arua, via Eniebbe. on Monday 7 March to run 3 TrauTna Healing Workshop for
Students on the Disciplesh￿p Training School IDTS). The following week they greeted the Community Development Centre
ICDCI leaders arriving from Rhino Camp. and we started the trauma healin8work5hop for9 COC leaders, 3 ladies from
Rural Cofflmunity Action for Peace and Development IRUCAPDI Ivba and 5 YWAM Staff. Two of the staff attended
because their wives had attended the previous week and had received so much healing thai Ihey wanted the 5ame.11 was
such a joy to have them with u5.
Jordan Recce-march
J3n and Val Hall v151teiJ rnissionaries Per & Sofvi in Jordan who are now workin8 Wlth a different churih there. They
delivered Flame teaching to the voung adults ani5 leaders In that church and hDPÈ to return with a full rni55ioD13ter in
2022.
Poland Recce- Marth
As a response to the huge refugee crisis brought about by the wzr in Ukraine, 18n ènd Richard Meryon wenr io
Poland to visit church leaders working with refugees there. We are now making plans to return In May with a
tÈ3m to mini5terto the refugees who are settling there. We know that our ministry can bring healing to the
traumat15ed and we fèel we can contribute to the amazin8 work the church is delivering there.
Prayer
There are well over 2W people who are committed to pray andlor lasi reg￿laTIV for the Tninistry of Flame InterDational
via our'Pr3yer Carpet.. U51ng rnonthly prayer points which are seni 10 the partiiipant5 by our CEO. In addition, during
each mission, brief daily prayer updateg are sentto our wider mission prayer 5UPPOrt bèse.
We also have 3 regional prayer group5 who meeting regularly to pray for the work of Flame.
We meet once a month on Zoom to prayer for and with Armenians.
We held 3 mofningof interce5510n for the nations at St Paul's Camberley, bringin8together supporters to worship and
prav.

Our Dirertor wa5 able to speak on 3 different occasions at 2 Filling Station events along with a Prayer Breakfast. The
Forge 2 South- A new year of this Iraining programme started In January with p3rticipants from Forge I continuing to
attend aTrd develop their learning and experience
Forge 2 North-ourfirst Forge 2 launch in Ihe North In January aloDg5ide Forge 2 South. This ha5 been well attended and
The Fire5ide-Created ID lockdown- deslgned for the future. Running thÈ FirÈ5ide ha5 brought an increase of people on
the database and people praying and g vinE 10 us. We regularly attract 100 plus people each month, with manyviewing
the eveni online afterwards.
Stsff Away Day- We held a Staff Training Retreat durin£ January 3t Hish Lei8h Conference Centre. Jeremy Clare came and
facilitated sessions to help us develop luture plan5. Di Payne led u5 In some reflectwe prayer as a team.
Healing Day in Warririgton
Lydia, our ambassèdor coordinator hosted a healin8 day at her church which w35 the first we've done sintr lockdown.
Next Generation Train¢ng
Our Next Gen Coordinèior h3s beefi developingthe work with our youn8er 5UPPOrter5. This year we started two online
courses with 25 people attending, manywho aren't in the UK, so we were able to deliver foundational training In prayer
ministry.

the work of the Trustees and forthe unity they Ènjoy as 3 Board.

Governance
The Board of Trustees met twice during this short FY. Close ètrention continued 10 be paid to ihe risk re8lSter.
Administration and Support
The AdTnini5tr3tioD and Support staff teatn ha5 Continued to provide valuable and effective service to the organisation
throughout the year.
Duringthis time pèriod we did not hÈve any staff ch3nges. we have 4 paid staff ènd 4 volunteer team members. All
members of the Administraiion and support team work on a part-time basis.
Communlcatlons and Marketing
One of the most important means of communicating about our ministry and marketing Flame Intern3tion31 more
generally is our'Burning155UE5' magazine, which 15 distributed to 5UPPOrter5 and cont3cts 3 fimes a year. This is
produced by Spread creat￿ye Iled by Gareth Barton) who are also responsible for ensuring that our materials provide an
3ttrBctive and highly professional irnage.

FINANCIAL REPORT- SUMMARY
The charitable companywas formed on I" October 2021 with assets transferred from the previou5 charity110963741 of
f 238.549 on 30 5epternber 2021.
In the 51x months ended 31 March 2022. FlaTne International's total Iniome was £IO7.299 and rot81 expenditure was
£110.713. Resources Expended on Managin8 and Adminisreringthe Charityamounted to £9.469 and Support Cost5
totalled £23.616
The net a55et5 amounted to E23S,13S with £13.884 held as Restricted Fund5. Sufficient cèsh for day-ro-day runnin8 15
kept in current accounts and 811 the remainin8 assets are retained In savings accounts.

Flame International Limited {a company limited by guarantee)
I report on the accounts for the period ending 31 March 2022. which comprise the Statement of Financial Activities. the
Balance Sheet and related notes set out on pages 8 to 16.
Respertive responsibllities of tnjstees and reporting accounts.
The charity s trustees (who are also the director5 of the company for the purposes of company lawl are responsible for
the preparation of the accounts. The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required this year under section
144121 of the Charities Act 2011 and that an independent examination is needed.
It is my responsibility to:

bl To follow the procedures laid down In the general Directions given by the Charity Commission (under section 145

Basis of the Independent Examinerfs Statement
My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners. An
examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented
with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking
explanations from the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence
that would be required in an audit, and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a 'true and
fair, view and the report Is limited to those rnatter5 set out in the statement below.

In connection with my examination. no material matters have come to my attention which gives me cause to believe that
in any material respect..
