We have Implemented new measures to 8tr8ngthen ourfin8ncl81 m8n8g8ment and
SU8talnablllty. Through the exp8rti88 of Solid Base Accountancy and the ad8Ptable
support of HC Horizons CIC. we are m8ximisingth8 use ofourspace and onsuring8U
8ré8s ofthe Centre contribute to our operationaL vtability.
However, rising overh88d costs a￿ creatingfin8n¢ial pressure, making it increasingly
important to maximise u8e of the space during evenings and weekends in a creative way
to support sustsinability. A robust review of pricingand Ucensing agreements WILI also
take place in the Spring of 2026.
