**Objects:** TO BUILD AN INVESTMENT PORTFOLIO WHICH WILL BE USED TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO THE AGE OF TWENTY-ONE, FROM SEVERELY DISADVANTAGED BACKGROUNDS AND LIVING IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES, BY WORKING WITH CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS AND/OR LOCAL NGOS SELECTED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES, TO PROVIDE ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE, ORGANISE PROGRAMS OF EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER ACTIVITIES, AND PROVIDING SCHOLARSHIPS FOR STUDY, AS A MEANS OF: A) ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLEINDIVIDUALS; (B) ADVANCING EDUCATION; (C) RELIEVING UNEMPLOYMENT; (D) PROVIDING ACTIVITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR PEOPLE LIVING IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO HAVE NEED BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS.

**Activities:** To advance the education of young people up to the age of twenty-one, from severely disadvantaged backgrounds and living in developing countries, by working with charitable organisations and/or local NGOs selected at the discretion of the trustees, to provide advice and assistance, organise programs of educational and other activities, and providing scholarships for study.
