The Prevention Or Relief Of Poverty Or Financial Hardship Anywhere In The World By Providing Or Assisting In The Provision Of Education, Training?and All The Necessary Support Designed To Enable Individuals To Generate A Sustainable Income And Be Self-Sufficient.3.
