## **Objectives and Activities** 

**Our Purpose:** To advance in life and relieve the charitable needs of children and young people up to the age of 18 so as to develop their capabilities that they may grow to full maturity as 

individuals and members of society, including (but without limitation) by the provision of grants, bursaries or other payments to such beneficiaries or to education institutions attended by such beneficiaries. 

**Public Benefit:** The trustees have had due regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit 

**Main Activities:** The trustees spent this period setting up processes, designing a website to promote the benefits of the Foundation, and identifying the key criteria for bursary awards. 

## **Achievements and Performance** 

Due to challenges of COVID, this was a period of set-up and planning. 

## **Financial Review** 

There was no financial activity in the period. 

## **Structure, Governance and Management** 

Trustees are appointed by existing trustees.
