NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT(SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008]

**Activities:** We provide a digital and AI eco system, which is a free, simple to use one-stop-shop that enables any UK non profit to find the funding, and free help and resources it needs.  We also have the Charity Sector Data Store with circa 1 million data points and our Charity Excellence Learning website of free online AI courses.  We prioritise support for small charities and marginalised groups.
