The CIO has been registered but is not yet operational and still awaits the transfer of assets and lease from the existing West Lavington Village Hall Charity (Charity No. 305593). It was anticipated this would have taken place earlier this year, but the transfer of the lease has taken longer than expected and confirmation of the transfer is awaited from the Land Registry. It is hoped this will be received within the next few months.
