For The Advancement Of Education For The Public Benefit (Including Social And Physical Training) Of People In Coventry In Such Ways As The Charity Trustees Think Fit, Including By:• Funding Scholarships, Maintenance Allowances Or Grants At Any University, College Or Institution Of Higher Or Further Education.• Funding Education (Including The Study Of Music Or Other Arts), Travel In Furtherance Of That Education, Research Projects, Or To Prepare For Entry To Any Occupation, Trade Or Profession On Leaving Any Educational Establishment.• In Exceptional Cases The Trustees May Provide Funding And Financial Assistance To Persons Who Are Or Who Have A Parent Or Parents Resident Immediately Outside The Said City.4. To Promote The Arts, Preserve Historic Buildings, Improve Amenities Or Facilities For Recreation And Other Leisure Activities Within Coventry For The Public At Large In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving The Condition Of Life Of The Said Inhabitants.5.
