To donate bells to treatment centres in the United Kingdom for patients who are undergoing treatment to ring during and after their treatments, or to celebrate milestones along the way. These include (but are not limited to) cancer treatment centres and special care baby units. In total we have distributed over 450 bells. We do however still get enquires and distribute bells on a fairly frequent basis. The Milestone bell and plaque have seen increased interest since we first rolled them out in March 2022. We believe that this will continue because of its more inclusive nature. We have continued to sponsor ‘our’ special bead through Beads of Courage UK and Ireland for children who are enrolled on their programme to add to their bead collection when they ring a bell. We continue to supply certificates to centres to give to patients as they ring their bell to celebrate their end of treatment or milestones along their treatment path.
