Activities
Accounting for Sustainability (A4S) was established by HM King Charles III, when he was The Prince of Wales, in 2004. Our aim is to transform finance to make sustainable business, business as usual.
Objects: To Advance Education Of The Public, In Particular (But Not Limited To) Financial Professionals, In Subjects Relating To: A) Sustainability In Business Practice, Accounting And Decision Making In Particular In Relation To The Environment And Climate Change; And B) Sustainable Development (Being Development Which Meets The Needs Of The Present Without Compromising The Ability Of Future Generations To Meet Their Own Needs) And To Promote Study And Research In Such Subjects Provided That The Useful Results Of Such Study Are Disseminated To The Public At Large.
