The Trustees present their annual ￿pOrt for the year ended 31 Ortober 2025 under the Charities Act
2011, together wf(h the annual accounts for the year and confirm that the latter comply with the
requirements of the Charrtles Act, the Trust Deed and the charities SORP 2CKJ5.

Trustees and management of the charity are ￿SponsIble for the preparation of th• accounts. You
tonsider that the audit requlrements of sectlon 145 of the Charltles Act 2011 do not apply and that an
Independent examination is needed.
