**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO PROVIDE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, AND ON A WORLDWIDE BASIS:3.1. THE RELIEF OF NEED OF DISADVANTAGED YOUNG PERSONS. 3.2 THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF DISADVANTAGED YOUNG PERSONS, IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT, INCLUDING BY:3.2.1.
