**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE FEDERATION ARE TO FURTHER THE PURPOSES OF THE WOMEN’S INSTITUTE MOVEMENT IN THE ISLE OF ELY, ADJOINING AREAS OF NORFOLK AND ELSEWHERE.

**Activities:** The Federation supports, assists and advises WIs to provide an effective programme for the  delivery of the objects.  It promotes women's concerns and interests by providing a forum within which members' views shape policy and strategy and its represents members views to the National Federation  local and national government.  The Federation provides information, training and education services.
