NOTE 1 - Previously a Debtor for £210.00 (cheque) has been recorded in the accounts. These fees originated in 2019 and the cheque has not been cleared through the bank. This has been recorded as a liability for 6 years. The Trustee now deem this to be void. A finite risk remains that the cheque will be presented for payent in the future, however, this is regarded as a very low probability and is therefore accepted as a residual risk that would be honoured by the BHVB Trustees should payment eventuate.
