**Objects:** THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUNDS AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECT IN MOZAMBIQUE AND ELSEWHERE IN EAST AFRICA:A) RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND IN PARTICULAR AMONGST ORPHANS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ACCOMMODATION, FOOD, CLOTHING, MEDICAL ASSISTANCE, PASTORAL CARE AND IN SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE.B) ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND PARTICULARLY AMONGST ORPHANS.C) RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED, BY REASON OF YOUTH AGE, ILL HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE THROUGH PROVISION OF ACCOMMODATION AND CARE TO SUCH PERSONS.

**Activities:** Halima Eileen Foundation empowers families and widows, distributes approx 250 food packs every month and operates a free primary school in Kenya for underprivileged children, providing free education, breakfast and lunch for all with Zero salaries for the trustees and zero expenses taken from the account. We add to the kitty and never take anything for any work. Complete transparency for all.
