Weekly Sunday worship resumed on Sunday mornings, including Junior Church for children at Primary School. Regularprayer tlmes were also started on Sunday evenings. A weekty coffee M{￿ning open to all was resumed as was the regular Film nights. In July the Church was pleased to once again invite those attending the Motorbike Meet to Vlslt for ￿freshmentS and a quiet space to relax. Manypeople expressed their pleasure at being able to visit the church again. At the beginning of August the redevelopment plans were displayed and member5 of the public invited to come and view them and hear details from ourArchitect and our Surveyor as well as being able to talk to men7bers of the church. Our Minister. Reverend Sam King left the church in Calne in July and relocated to Bristol. A good nun7ber from Calne attended his Induction Service at Tyndale Baptist Church in September. His Ministy will be much missed and the Church will begin the process of appointing a new Minister with the help of one of the Regional Ministers, Reverend Gary Woodall. This process is expected to take a number of months and began with the Church having a serie5 of meetings to explore all the issues involved. With the economic downturn in the country and especially rising costs of fuel. the Church decided to open the building as a Wami Space for anyone in the community to attend. This began in November and happens one day a week where activities are available and a hot meal at lunchtime. It Is anticipated that this will continue into the Spring when the weather gets wamier.

The Church was able to support the work of The Rise Trust by providing Tesco Vouchers to a number of needy families in December. A special collection of food goods was also received for the Calne foodbank. Men7bers of the Church regularly take part in Assemblies at 3 of the local Primary Schools as part of a multi denominational gmup using the Bible Society 'Open the Book, scheme. This is mu¢h appreciated by the schools and the children. Financial Review During this year the CIO received the bulk of the assets from the UIA on the 20 December 2022.
