Para 1.46 | Continued growth of commercial football academies in Northamptonshire along with the expansion of professional clubs in North Northants (e.g. Leicester City, Northampton Town FC) along with parent wanting success now. These risks are managed by the creation of our community pathway and Fundamentals Saturday Club for all. This has broadened and deepened our connection to communities across Northants We continue to see success in players traversing to professional clubs every season and expect this to accelerate in the coming years as our mini-fundas transition in the next 3-4 years to U9s (point to sign forpro clubs) |

Tyrone Long is well connected with clubs in the communityandprofessional clubs too. |
