SVC Helping Hands International is constituted as a charitable company limited by guarantee and is governed by its constitution and trust deed dated 30 Jul 2022

Trustees are appointed and may resign in accordance with the provisions set out in the governing document. The resignation of Cordelia Fubara as trustee in September 2024 was accepted in writing and recorded in the charity’s records.

3. Objectives and activities

The charity’s objects are to relieve poverty and advance education among disadvantaged communities, nationally and internationally

The charity had no income, expenditure or operational activity during the period 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025. No projects, grants or services were delivered in the year.

4. Achievements and performance

As there was no income, expenditure or activity, the trustees have no achievements or performance measures to report for this year.

5. Financial review

The charity held no cash, investments or other assets and had no liabilities during the year. The trustees therefore did not need to operate a reserves policy for this period.

The trustees consider the charity to remain a going concern, as they intend to seek funding and commence activities in future periods, subject to availability of resources.
