The trustees are appointed in accordance with the provisions set out in the governing document.

3. Objectives and activities

The charity’s charitable objects are to relieve poverty and advance education among disadvantaged communities, nationally and internationally.

The trustees consider that the charity remains a going concern as they intend to seek funding and commence activities in future periods, subject to available resources.

In planning the charity’s future activities, the trustees will have regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit. As there was no activity in the year, there is no additional public benefit information to report.
