Objects: The Object[s] Of The CIO Are:(1) To Relieve Poverty For The Public Benefit In Any Part Of The Indian Sub-Continent, Tanzania And Kenya By The Provision Of Food To Individuals And Families In Need.(2) To Relieve Sickness And Preserve Good Health For The Public Benefit In Any Part Of The Indian Sub-Continent, Tanzania And Kenya Among Persons Suffering From Eye Related Problems Primary (but Not Exclusively) By Providing Grants For Medical Treatment.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [section 7 Of The Charities Andtrustee Investment (scotland) Act 2005] And [section 2 Of The Charities Act (northern Ireland) 2008]
