These are the first finanaal statements of the CIO and cover the period trom the charitys incorporation on
27th July 2021 until its accounling period end.

The finanaal statements have prèparÈd In accordancè with the charity's gtsvèming documènt, thè
Charities Act 2011. FRS 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard apF4icat4e in the UK and Republic ol Ireland.

Practice applicable to charities preparing their accovnls in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard

Benefit Entity as defined by FRS 102.

At the time of approving the financial statements, the trustees have a r&asonable expectation that the charity

charity.
