|Review of the charity’s<br>financial position at the end<br>of the period|Para 1.21|As at 31 December 2022, the Foundation had a<br>positive cash balance of £7,548 driven mainly<br>by donations and after having invested £4,500<br>in additional instrument purchases to be able to<br>loan more instruments to financially<br>disadvantaged students. The Foundation is now<br>starting to award grants  for musical education<br>assistance. We expect to award more grants<br>going forward as more students become aware<br>of the Foundation through various concerts held<br>and sponsoring awards at well respected<br>musical festivals (North London Music Festival)<br>for young students.|
