**Statement concerning accounts to be sent with Annual Return and TAR for the period 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022** 

Light House Norwich is not yet functioning. Call to Prayer (Charity No 1127275) will shortly be closed down and all its assets will be transferred to Light House Norwich. Until this happens we have no assets and therefore no accounts.
