Appointment and automatic retirement of Trustees 9.1 Any person who is willing to act as a Trustee, and who would not be disqualifed from acting under the provisions of clause 11, may be appointed to be a Trustee by a decision of the Trustees. 9.2 Automatic retirement 9.2.1 Each Trustee shall retire from ofce at the third Annual Retirement Meeting following the commencement of his or her term of ofce.
