relain the role of Well Boing Navigator
who is bas￿ at the surgery and works
with individuals who struggle to access
the services they ne￿, have roduced
mental wellbeing or f881 socially
isolated

the Wellesboume Lion5 of the cost of an
Ambulatory Blood Pressure ma¢hlno.
By reducing multiple visits to the
surgery faster diagnosis and treatmenl
