The trustees of Bible and Breakfast present their annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31[st] December 2022. Our activities have been minimal, focusing on maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. 

## **2. Structure, Governance, and Management** 

## **Constitution** 

Bible and Breakfast is governed by its constitution adopted on 22 July 2021. The charity is registered with the Charity Commission (Registration Number: 1195267). 

## **Trustees** 

The trustees who served during the year and up to the date of this report were: 

- Zoe Anorson (Chair) 

- Andrew Asante (Trustee) 

- Emmanuel Amponsah (Trustee) 

- Zarinna Mensah-Coker (Trustee) 

- Jemimah Mensah-Coker (Trustee) 

## **Appointment of Trustees** 

Trustees are appointed in accordance with the constitution. New trustees are provided with an induction to understand their responsibilities. 

## **3. Objectives and Activities** 

## **Charitable Objectives** 

The primary objectives of Bible and Breakfast are to encourage engagement with the Word of God, especially in community settings, over meals. 

## **Main Activities** 

Bible and Breakfast is a non-denominational ministry which aims to encourage engagement with the Word of God- especially in community. So, simply put, we want to help you gain knowledge and deeper understanding of the Word.

## **Highlights of the Year** 

No significant activity apart from our online bible study carried out during the year.

## **Financial Performance** 

The financial statements for the year ended 31[st] December 2022 show a total income of £0 and total expenditure of £0. Minor and immaterial costs were borne by trustees but not expecting to recover from the charity. 

## **6. Plans for Future Periods** 

## **Future Developments** 

The trustees plan to review the charity's status and consider potential reactivation or continued dormancy based on future needs and opportunities. 

## **7. Statement of Trustees' Responsibilities** 

The trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees' Annual Report and the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards.
