Wordlife Church was establish as a non-profit faith-based church with the focus on ministering /preaching the word of God and helping the community. 

## **Appointment of Trustees** 

All trustees are appointed based on their church ministry and leadership experience as well as their dedication to champion the cause of the church growth and services to the community. They are render free unpaid services to the church 

## **Management Structure** 

All Trustees are volunteers, and work for free.

## **Charitable Objectives** 

We are faith-based church with the aim to preach the word of God, and serving the needy and the vulnerable in the society.

## **Public Benefit** 

We offer free youth programmes to educate the youth on social issues. We also engage in social services such as free soup kitchen. 

## **Responding to Challenges** 

We normally have the needy and homeless people coming to us for support and we are always willing to help them with some basic items such as food.

The Charity don’t receive any income. All our past activities have been self-sponsored

There is no such policy at the moment due to the fact we are not receiving any income.

We aim to seek for sponsorship to enable us to extend our charity services to the wider community

The trustees are responsible for preparing the annual report and financial statements in accordance with applicable law and regulations. The trustees confirm that they have complied with their duty to act in the charity’s best interests and ensure the charity’s finances and activities align with its stated objectives.
