**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:(A) TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE PRACTICE AND PRINCIPLES OF YOGA, AND TO MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE THE STANDARD OF TEACHING OF YOGA. (B) TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE STUDY AND PRACTICE OF AND RESEARCH INTO THE THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS OF YOGA AS A MEANS OF IMPROVING THE MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL HEALTH OF THE COMMUNITY.

**Activities:** To teach residential and online courses/ retreats on the profound teachings of yoga, meditation, advaita and tantra. Also to serve as a residential centre in which yoga practitioners can stay and go deeper in their self-understanding.
