**The charity has continued to respond to requests from District Nursing teams to quickly supply items of personal care** , **such as:** 

**specialised mouth care products** , **to alleviate such side effects as dry and sore** 

**mouths, e.g. Oralieve toothbrushes, gels and toothpaste baby monitors used so that carers can listen out for their loved ones V shaped pillows for improved bed** rest 

**Weighted blankets for warmth Bed socks** 

**Foot and hand moisturising**

**Incontinence wipes and cleansing products** 

**a portable Z bed, so carers can sleep in the same room as the beneficiary** 

**The way the charity works makes a difference to the beneficiaries because we supply the items quickly, at no cost to them, meaning at this very difficult time for them, they do not have to**
