Healthcare professionals can contact us for assistance in the provision of items not normally funded by statutory authorities.

Objects: The Relief Of Sickness Of People Who Are Terminally Ill And Who Live Within The Area Covered By Purbeck Primary Care Network (The Beneficiaries) In Particular, But Not Exclusively, By: • Funding The Provision Of Equipment, Facilities And Services Not Normally Provided By The Statutory Authorities;• Providing Items Including Personal And Medical Care Supplies Or Providing Grants To Purchase These Items;• Providing Grants For Services To Facilitate The Beneficiaries Remaining At Home Towards The End Of Life;• Providing Grants For Travelling Expenses And Funds For Recreational Pursuits To Bring Comfort To The Beneficiaries;• Grants To Provide Any Other Items, Services Or Facilities That The Trustees Agree Should Be Provided To Bring The Quality Of Life Of The Beneficiaries To A Reasonable Standard, With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Beneficiaries.
