**Since then, it has grown into a**
**dependable and ‘well-oiled’ machine for**
**distributing surplus food (that would**
**otherwise be thrown away) to the needy**
**in the local community - and even further**
**afield on occasions.**
**It has developed very close working**
**relationships with several other**
**charitable organisations to enable the**
**large amounts of food to be distributed in**
**an efficient manner. Examples of some of**
**these organisations are:**


**Open Door, Colne**

**Accrington Food Bank**

**Canal Ministroies, Barnoldswick**

**Bradford Royal Infirmary**
**At the same time, the charity continues to**
**directly**
**support many individuals and**
**families in the community. These**
**recipients, that come to the attention of**
**the volunteers from time to time, are**
**supplied with food - direct to their door in**
