GOVERNANCE
The organisation is managed by the Executive Committee in accordance with its constitution. Members are elected to oversee the charity’s activities and ensure proper management.
OBJECTIVES OF YOKLAB FOUNDATION

To advance education through provision of resources, training centres and support.

To relieve financial hardship by providing essential goods, services, and facilities.

To relieve sickness and preserve good health through grants, clinics, and education.

STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
The Executive Committee is responsible for preparing financial statements that give a true and fair view of the charity’s financial activities.
They must:

Use reasonable and prudent estimates.

Follow applicable accounting standards.

Prepare the accounts on a going concern basis.
They are responsible for maintaining proper accounting records, safeguarding assets, and detecting fraud or irregularities.
Independent Examiner: CESCA Accounting Ltd is retained for the following year.

INDEPENDENT EXAMINER’S REPORT
TO THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF YOKLAB FOUNDATION
The trustees are responsible for preparing the accounts. An independent examination was carried out under Section 145 of the Charities Act 2011.
Statement: - No material matters have come to attention regarding record-keeping, account agreement, or compliance with the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008.
