team of volunteers during its second
operational year who help in a number of
ways including supporting the organisation
and promotion of concerts and in developing
ideas for programming.

SORP reference We performed three successful concerts during the year including a concert with pianist Craig Laszkowicz performing George Gershwin’s Summary of the main ‘Rhapsody in Blue’, a concert at Pocklington achievements of the charity, Para 1.20 Arts Centre themed around ‘Remembrance’ and identifying the difference the a wonderful Family Christmas concert. charity’s work has made to the circumstances of its beneficiaries and any wider benefits to society as a whole.

community continues to grow. It has continued
to build its audience base and significantly
widened the demographic of its audiences. This
was particularly noticed at the Christmas concert
where targetted pricing and advertising attracted
more families to the concert than in previous
years.

Para 1.41 Fund raising continued to be successful. Grants
were received from a number of sources including
regular funders East Riding of Yorkshire Council,
Beverley Town Council, Hull and East Riding
Charitable Trust and the Sir James Reckitt Charity.

are extremely grateful for their support

We had another success year of operation. Total
income was £17,376 which was considerably less
than the previous period. However if the Ukraine
Charity concert is factored into the previous year
2023/24 is still good an enabled ERCO to work.
