## Treasurers Report ## Accountancy Period ## 7[th] July 2021 to 31[st] May 2022 ## The Clubs plans for this this period and going forward. - To provide a safe environment that can be monitored for antisocial behaviour and damage caused by vandalism, by providing a modern CCTV installation. - The Club have tractors and other specific machinery to maintain the grass and 3G areas that must be regularly maintained and serviced to the highest standard for the safety of the volunteer qualified staff. - To provide and maintain a facility to promote a healthy and happy, safe environment under supervision. - We will be forming teams to register in the Northumberland Football League and entering teams into Cup competitions. - The Club will encourage the forming of new teams and supporting all the youth within the club pathway from 4-year-old _Magpies_ to the senior level. - To provide the equipment and kit needed to play the game of football and keep it well maintained. - The Club encourages the taking of further coaching qualifications by our volunteer coaches which the club pays for. - The Club makes sure that all Coaching and volunteer staff have the necessary safeguarding / First aid and DBS qualifications, Kit and equipment they need which the Club pays for. - The Club ensures that the playing pitches and 3G area are maintained to the highest standard by qualified volunteers apart from the 3G area where the Club contacts out to a professional maintenance company at a cost to the Club, makes a quarterly visit to do specific tasks and supply reports on the 3G area and recommendations to keep the area in the best possible condition. The Club wants to improve the whole facility for the benefit of the children in our care so they can develop socially making friends pursuing football and in a healthy safe environment.
