Objects: 3.1 The Company's Objects (Objects) Are Specifically Restricted To The Following:3.1.1 To Promote For The Benefit Of The Public, Especially Local Stakeholders, The Conservation, Protection, Sustainability And Improvement Of The World's (And In Particular Africa's) Wildlife, Its Natural Habitats And Marine Environment By Such Charitable Means As The Directors Shall From Time To Time In Their Discretion Think Fit.3.2 Nothing In The Articles Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The Company For Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 And/or Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
