**The Charitable purposes of charity are** : TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF FEMALE ORPHANS AGED 16-18 OF LEGAL WORKING AGE RESIDING IN REGULATED ORPHANAGES IN DEVELOPING AND THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES: - BY ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FUNDING FOR VOCATIONAL TRAINING COURSES AT APPROVED TRAINING CENTRES/COLLEGES; - BY ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FUNDING FOR PROVIDING LIFE SKILLS TRAINING BY QUALIFIED MENTORS/PROFESSIONALS. 

**To further these purposes for the public benefit, we carried out the following activities** : No activities were undertaken during the year. 

**The main achievements of the charity in the year were** : to start fundraising for the charity. 

A review of the charity’s financial position at the end of the year: In the financial year 2023 the Charity had an income of £1,116.38 and an expenditure of  £1,507.71. 

There are no funds held by the charity that are materially in deficit.
