Establishing And Maintaining Educational Scholarships, Bursaries Or Grants To Be Awarded From Time To Time And In Such Manner As The Charity Trustees Think Fit; Andb. Awarding Grants To Develop And Improve The Educational And Pastoral Facilities Of Such Schools.
