## 2025 Annual Report 

This annual return reflects the mission, activities and financial accounting for 2025. 

## Mission 

Srpska Tech’s mission is to provide opportunities to individuals, through university education in computer science and related engineering disciplines, which enables a sustainable future with a career in tech. 

## Charitable objects 

The advancement of education for the public benefit by providing scholarships to study Computer Science and related engineering disciplines at higher education institutions within Bosnia & Herzegovina 

## Activities 

The mission has been achieved through partnership with the University of Banja Luka in Republika Srpska, Bosnia & Herzegovina to establish the Srpska Tech scholarship for Software Engineering and fully funding four students to begin studying at the University for the academic year 2024/25. Srpska Tech set out an agreement with the University for equal access and representation for two students to attend the university and complete their a year of higher education studies in preparation for further years of the Software Engineering degree course. 

## Operations 

Srpska Tech has two Trustees who donate and fundraise to provide the scholarships; with a lightweight operation there were no overheads this year and as any operational costs and transaction fees were covered by the Trustees - therefore 100% of the money donated was used to provide opportunities and access to the students enrolling to study at the University of Banja Luka. 

## Financial Accounting 

In the charity’s first year of operations, the Trustees provided the funds. 

In the charity’s second year of operations £4,752 was donated directly to the charity and the scholarships created totalled £3,525, this was sent directly to the University to cover the tuition fees for the four students in accordance to Srpska Tech’s financial controls. 

In the charity’s third year of operations  £2635 was donated directly to the charity and the scholarships created totalled £2704, this was sent directly to the University to cover the tuition fees for the four students in accordance to Srpska Tech’s financial controls. 



In the charity’s fourth year of operations £3253.26 was donated directly to the charity and the scholarships created totalled £1819.49, this was sent directly to the University to cover the tuition fees for the two students in accordance to Srpska Tech’s financial controls. 

## Summary 

In accordance with the Governing Document and Mission, Srpska Tech has achieved its goals for the year and is excited to continue providing opportunities for people in Bosnia & Herzegovina to access higher education within Software Engineering & Computer Science to enable a sustainable long term future within technology.
