SHARE GLOBAL UK is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) registered with the Charity Commission on 25 June 2021. The charity is governed by its Constitution, which outlines the appointment and responsibilities of trustees. The trustees convene regularly to ensure effective governance, compliance, and strategic planning. 

## **3. Objectives and Activities** 

The objectives of SHARE GLOBAL UK, as stated in its Constitution, are: 

- To prevent or relieve poverty, primarily but not exclusively in the UK, by providing grants, items, and services to individuals in need and/or charities or other organizations working to prevent or relieve poverty. 

- To relieve financial need and suffering among victims of natural or other kinds of disaster by providing money or other means deemed suitable, including food, water, and essential supplies. 

During the financial year ending 1 June 2025, the charity did not undertake any activities, receive any income, or incur any expenses. 

## **4. Financial Review** 

For the year ended 1 June 2025, SHARE GLOBAL UK had no financial transactions. No income was received, and no expenditure was incurred. The charity’s bank balance remains unchanged. 



## **5. Reserves Policy** 

Given the inactivity during the financial year, there have been no changes to the reserves policy. The trustees continue to monitor the financial position to ensure the charity's compliance with all regulatory requirements. 

## **6. Future Plans** 

The trustees remain committed to fulfilling the charity’s objectives. Plans are underway to identify opportunities for future activities and funding to support our mission.
