To this effect we have<br>appointed a representative in Madagascar<br>to pursue legal avenues and to negotiate<br>with the beneficiary. Until that is achieved<br>or an alternative compliant beneficiary is<br>identified, no bank account has been<br>opened and funded by the Foundation. We<br>have recently been in touch with Barclays<br>and have been referred to a special desk to<br>open a bank account for the charity. Once<br>a suitable beneficiary that will comply with<br>the Foundations aims and supervisory<br>requirements is available, a bank account<br>will be opened and activities will<br>commence. The Foundation is assured of<br>funding.|
