appointed a representative in Madagascar
to pursue legal avenues and to negotiate
with the beneficiary. Until that is achieved

identified, no bank account has been
opened and funded by the Foundation. We
have recently been in touch with Barclays
and have been referred to a special desk to
open a bank account for the charity. Once
a suitable beneficiary that will comply with
the Foundations aims and supervisory
requirements is available, a bank account
will be opened and activities will
commence. The Foundation is assured of
