2023 Review and Outlook for 2024:

Brian Packham, Musical Director and Chairman of the Naseby Village Band - retired October 2023.

A new Musical Director is due to be appointed in January 2024.

The charity’s principal source of funds is member subscription fees, and Trustees will need to regularly review this to ensure it covers the cost of rehearsals. An increase is being considered, which will be reviewed in January 2024. Consideration will be given to other potential income sources, for example concert ticket sales and claiming Gift Aid on membership subscriptions. Expenditure has supported the key objectives of the charity, enabling development of musical skills of members, and performing for the local community at various events throughout the year.

NVB will continue to rehearse weekly during term time and we hope to continue to find new performance opportunities and recruit new members.
