For the period being reported, the charity abovenamed was not in operation financially, due to a lengthily delay in opening a bank account. The original charity The Harry’s Rainbow Charitable Trust 1149011, founded in 2011 as an unincorporated charity, was in continuous operation until 15[th] March 2022.
Therefore, there was a nil income and spend and no charitable activity for Harry’s Rainbow until 16[th] March 2022.
The first financial year 16[th] March 2022 to 31[st] December 2022, will be reported on in the Autumn of 2023.
The reason for late filing, is down to changing the charities financial year which affected the due date of the nil balance filing.

## **1. Objects**
The aims of the CIO are to provide support and relief for children, young people (up to the age of 25 years) and their families who have been bereaved through the loss of a parent or sibling by:
1. Providing mentoring, emotional well-being support and advice through facilitated internal and partner agency support groups, provision of books, resources and via our website and social networking sites;
2. Providing recreational and leisure activities to children and young people in order to improve their conditions of life and reduce the isolation felt during bereavement by facilitating contact with other children, young people and their families;
3. Raising public awareness of the need for support and guidance and providing information about coping with bereavement;
4. The objects shall focus on, but are not restricted to, beneficiaries in Milton Keynes.
