Performance Review

The Company launched in August 2021 with the support of O2 (part of the VirginMedia group) and other partners. Funding received from these partners primarily supported ongoing investment in the registration and balloting IT platform. This project continued through year end and is near completion as at the date of signing of these financial statements. Ongoing partner donations will then wholly support the provision of delivering free tickets to our beneficiaries.

In the period since launch the Company has registered over 30,000 NHS workers and paid carers, signed up over 35 venues and delivered over 3,000 tickets. With the completion of the IT project and a fully functional CRM system the Directors are confident of providing many more tickets to beneficiaries and delivering on the charitable purpose as above.

Small company provisions

This report has been prepared in accordance with the provisions in Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

This report was approved by the board on 15 March 2023 and signed on its behalf.
