The Charity was registered on 22 June 2021.
The Charity is governed by a constitution. The Charity is constituted as an unincorporated association.
The Charitable purposes of charity are the relief of poverty, the advancement of education and the relief of sickness and the preservation and protection of good health of the inhabitants of Ngwana rural area and its surrounding environments in Bulilima-mangwe Rural District Council, Matebeleland South, Zimbabwe without distinction of age, sex, race, political, religious, or other opinion.
To further these purposes for the public benefit, we carried out the following activities:
a) A fundraising event held in Sheffield to raise funds for the Ngwana Village clinic project. The main achievements of the charity in the year were:

a) Successfully registering as an unincorporated association on 22 June 2021 and appointing the first trustees.

b) Arranging a fundraising event that was able to raise funds to assist the Ngwana community for the fitting windows to the one of the cottages and buying curtains for the main clinic facility.
The trustees have read the Commission’s Public Benefit requirement statutory guidance, and have had regard to this when running the charity.
A review of the charity’s financial position at the end of the year:
In the financial 22 June 2021 to 31 August 2022, the Charity had an income of £1,306.00 and an expenditure of £947.00.
There are no funds held by the charity that are materially in deficit.
