## **Young Emerging Leaders** **Transforming nations… one millennial at a time** **Charity Number: 1194886** **Annual Report 2024** This year, YEL continued to pursue and fulfil our mandate of empowering millennials to occupy their strategic leadership space across the nations. Through our range of Instagram Live broadcasts, Zoom sessions and the international conferences and speaking engagements of our visionary founder, Rev Celia Apeagyei-Collins, we were able to impact hundreds of young leaders around the world. Through our mentoring sessions, we equipped members with the tools and strengthened their resilience and capacity to handle the various leadership pressures they encountered. Our teaching sessions during the year included topics such as: - Understanding Kingdom Parables. - The Quality Leader. - Leadership is Destiny. - Single Strategic and Spiritual On the administration front, we continued to settle into our new premises in Brentford in the beginning of the year, holding many of our leadership development training sessions there. However, unfortunately, due to Landlord request, we had to start looking for new premises towards the endo of the year, with the attendant disruption to our services. Our work with YEL Ghana continues to grow, positively transforming the leadership capabilities of the young leaders we are mentoring. We anticipate moving into new premises in the coming year and continuing to serve young leaders here in the UK and around the world, transforming their leadership potential through Christ-centred high-quality leadership mentoring and training.
