**Annual Report 2022** 



This year has been a year of change as we continue the gradual return to normality from the covid-19 lockdowns. 

We focused on strengthening the administrative capacity of the charity through the services of our part time staff and settling into our new administrative offices in Hangar Lane, West London. 

We continued to serve our members through effective seminars, mentoring opportunities and spiritual empowerment initiatives. 

Our highly informative seminars through which we served over 350 people in the year covered topics such as: 

- Keys to Expanding Your Leadership Capacity & Effectiveness. 

- Britain in Leadership Crisis – Tomb or Womb. 

- Personal Leadership for Corporate Influence. 

- World in Crisis - New Breed of Leadership.

Our other activities include the following: 

- Resumption of the production and distribution of our newsletter. 

- Ongoing collaboration with our YEL family in Ghana. 

- Over 25 other personal growth and spiritual development events. 

Unfortunately, due to the change in plans of our premises’ landlord, we needed to relocate our administrative offices, with the attendant disruption this brings. We have therefore sought new office space into which we expect to move as soon as possible in the new year. 

Nonetheless, YEL continues to enjoy the fantastic support of our membership, donors, partners and well-wishers and we would like to express our profound gratitude for their support. 

The Young Emerging Leaders continues to pursue and fulfil our mandate of transforming the leadership potential of millennials through Christ-centred high-quality leadership mentoring and training, and through them, transform communities and nations one leader at a time. 

We anticipate that the coming year will be even more fruitful as we implement our strategic plans to expand our membership and further streamline our operations.
