further education for their children.
The very basic education
requirement in Pakistan is
graduation form class 10.
Previously students had been
taught up to 8thclass.

the learning environment for
students by buying UPS|

device, which overcomes the
erratic electricity supply, by storing
the electricity when it is available
and then using it when the
electricity is unavailable, usually

been reduced.
The start of the new classes in the evening
has also meant that the girls who would
have most probably joined their mothers in
the lowly paid domestic workers jobs,
before getting married early, would be able|
to pass their basic school level exams and go on to further education, or learn other basic skills and be able to contribute to the family income, which in turn mean that the parents wouldn’t regard them as economic burden and try to marry them at an early age.

Every charity trustee must be a natural

Note 6: Brief Note on charity expenditure – Free school text books and writing books for 130 school students were provided, as well as school bags for some children. Their exam papers and exam results cards were paid for. The charity helped to start an afternoon class for the classes 9[th] and 10th students, who had passed the middle schools, but whose parents are unable to afford further education for their children.
The Charity also helped to improve the learning environment for the school students by buying UPS (Uninterrupted Electric Supplies) device, which overcomes the erratic electricity supply, by storing the electricity when it is available and then using it when the electricity is unavailable, usually three or four times a day. This meant that the studies were not stopped whenever the electric supply was interrupted.

130 school students were provided with school text books and writing books and paying teachers’ salary. The other charitable expenditure included replacing broken down electric ceiling fans, installing Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) device to provide electric supply during regular and daily electric load shedding periods, refurbishing an old toilet, installing a water cooler. The purpose of the expenditure was
to improve study environment for very poor school students and persuade their parents not to take school children out of school. Total value of grants given: £ 3180.59.
