**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE EXPERIENCING OR AFFECTED BY POOR MENTAL HEALTH BY:A. PROVIDING GRANTS OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ENABLE THOSE WHO FIND THEMSELVES WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES WITH FUNDING FOR COUNSELLING AND/OR THERAPY.B. SIGN POSTING TO SELF-HELP RESOURCES.

**Activities:** We provide therapeutic support to as many people as possible. We ensure those who need help can get it through our local partnership, Our network of therapists are masters trained, also trained work with different areas of difficulty, including feeling stressed or anxious, panic attacks, school or workplace bullying, grief & bereavement, family problems, low self-esteem, and self-harm & suicide.
