The trustees confirm that they have complied with the requirement of section 17 of
the Ch3rities Act 2011 to have due regard to the public benefit guidance pub115hed
by the Charity Commission for England and wales.
Principal Activity
The principal activity of rhe charity in the whole year review which is tarried out for
the public benefit is the advancement of the Chrhsiiart faith through, but not
exclusively through:.
the Provision ol religious services and a place of worship
the holding of prayer groups, and
producing andlor distfibuting literature on the Christian faith to
enlighten others about the Christian religion.
The Church 5tronely believe in thè power of prayer coupled with righteous living and
and holiness io be Christ disciple and consistently tèaches and promotes Biblical
Christianity through its main seNitss and wider outreach.
Financial review-. Our income are received through donatiorhs from members and
friends of the church.
we wish to thank and appretiate all our members and volunteers lor their financial
nd other contributions which has sustain the Church to this level.

Statement of Trustees, Responsibilities
The trustees prèsent the annual Teport together with the financial statements of
thè charity for the vear ended 31 May 2025
The trustee5 are responsible for preparing the trustees, rèport and the financial
statements in accordance with the United Kingdom Accountin8 Standards
(United Kingdorn Generally Accepted Accountin8 Praciicel and appliiable law and
regulations.
The law applicable to charities requires the trustees to prepare financial
statements for each financial period which give a true and fair view of the state
of affairs of the charity and of the incoming resources and application of resource5
of the charity for that period. In preparing Ihese financial statements. the tTUStees
are required to:
select suitable accounting policiès and then apply them consistently;
observe the methods and principle5 in the Charities SORP..
• make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent-
state whether applicable aetounting standards have been followed. subject
to any material deparrures disclosed and explained in the financial staiements.. and
prepare the financial staternents on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate
to presume that the charity will continue in busines5.
The trustees are responsible for keeping proper a¢counting record5 that disclose with
reasonable accuracy at any time the financial posltion of the charity and enable
thern to ensure that the financial statement5 comply with the Charities Act 2011,
the applicable Charities IAccounts and Reports) Regulations. and the provisions
of the constitution. The trustees are also responslble for safeguafding the assets
of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection
tsf fraud and other irre8ularitse5.

Independent Examiner's Report on the Trustees of Worldwide Pentecostal Gospel Mission
I report to the trustees on the accounts of ihe WPGM for the year ended 31 May 2024. which are set out on
Pages I to 8.
Respertive r¢5ponsibilities of trustees and examiner-
The charity'5 trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's trustees consider that an audit is
not Tequired for this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 (the charities Act) and that an Independent
examination is needed.
It is our re5pon5ibility to..
examine the accounts under settion 145 of the Charities Art.
to follow the procedures laid down in the 8eneral Directions given by the Charity
commission (under section 14515llbl of the ChaTlties Acrl. and
to state whether particular matters have come to my artention.
Basis of independent examiner's Statement
Our exarnination was carried out in accordance with general Directions given by the Charity commission. An exarnination
includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity ènd a comparison of the accounts presènted with those
records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosure5 in the accounts, and seeking explanation5 from
the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be
required in an audit. and consequently no opinion 15 given as to whether the accounts present a 'true and fair" view and
the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement below.
Indepèndent examiner's statement
In connection with our examination, no matter has come to our attention=
111 which gives us reasonable cause to believe that in, any material respect. the requirements..
to keep accounting recofds in accordance with section 130 of the 2011 Charities Act..
to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting record5 and comply with the accounting
requirements of the 2011 Charities Act have not been met: or

Statement of compliance
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the second edition
of the Charities Statement of Recommended Practice issued in October 2019, the
Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the United Kingdom and Republic of
Ireland (FR5 1021 and the Charities Act 2011.
Bals of Preparation
The accounts (financial statements) have been prepared under the historical cost
convention.
Expendlture
All expenditure is recognised oncè there 15 a legal or construttive obligation to that
expenditure, It is probable settlement 15 required and the amount can be measured
reliably. All costs are allocated to the applic3ble expenditure heading that aggregaie
similar costs to that category. Where Costs cannot be directly attributèd to headin8S,
they have been allocated to activities on a basis consistent with the use ol resources_
Donatlons and legacies
Donatitsns and legacies are recogni5ed on a recehvable ba515 when receipt is probable
and the amount can be reliab￿ measured.
Gobn8 concern
The trustee5 consider that there are no material uncertainties about the charity'5
ability to continue as a going concern.
Income and endowments
Voluntary income including donations, gifts, legactes and grants that provide core
funding or are of a general nature 15 recognised when the charity has entitlement to
the income. it is probable that the income will be received and the amountcan be
measured with sufficient reliability.
Taxatlon
The charity is considered to pass the tests set out in Paragrapg I Schedule 6 of the
Finanee Art 2010 and therefore it meeis the definition of a charitable cornpany for UK
corporation tax purposes. Accordingly. the charity is potentially exèmpt from taxation
in re5pert of income or capital gains received within categoiie5 covered by Chapter 3
part 11 of the Corporation Tax Act 2010 or Section 256 of the Taxation of Chargeable
Gains Act 1992. ro the extent that such income or gains are applied exclusively to
charitable purposes.
Fund 5trurture
Unrestricted income fund5 are general funds that are available for use at the trustees's
discretion in further of the objectives of the charity-
